These terms govern your use of Mossy Aim, a free, offline precision game for iOS. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mossy Aim for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Acorns, avatars, pitch skins and bonuses are earned only through play. They have no real-world value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged. They exist solely within your local save and may be reset if you delete the app or reset progress.
Please do not reverse-engineer, tamper with, modify, or redistribute the app, and do not attempt to disrupt or exploit its behavior. Mossy Aim is for personal use only.
The game and all of its art, audio, code, and design belong to the developer. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Mossy Aim is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Mossy Aim is a family-friendly casual game suitable for general audiences. It has no accounts, no ads, and no real-money purchases.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and continued use of the app means you accept it.
